Warranty
We offer Warranty for Manufacturer’s Defects i.e Software. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at +254769727289 or email info@jblkenya.co.ke for further instructions.
We provide the following warranty terms for products purchased from us:
- Warranty Confirmation: Before purchasing, please confirm with our staff whether your product includes a warranty. Not all products come with a warranty, and some are sold on an “as is” basis.
- Return Policy: We accept returns only within 24 hours of purchase, and the product must be faulty. Non-faulty products or products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not cover hardware or physical damages, such as breakage, water damage, or other user-induced issues.
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for items under warranty. Defective products under warranty are subject to repair or replacement by the manufacturer.
- Accessories: No warranty is provided for accessories, including but not limited to chargers, earphones, and cases.
- Service Center Assistance: This process may take between 7 and 30 days, depending on the manufacturer’s service timelines.
