All orders ship within the same day for local (Kenya) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week if your is placed after 11AM on Saturday and you are outside Nairobi.
No international deliveries available.
Do note that Sundays and Public Holidays are non-working days .

How do I cancel my online order?

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! How can I change that?
Please call us at +254769727289 or email us at info@jblkenya.co.ke and have your order confirmation number ready. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we will happily change the address for you.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its sealed original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty
